Who runs this site

Receipt Maker is built and run by Amit Sharma, an Auckland-based marketer and licensed real estate agent (REAA 2008). It is one of a small family of free, independent reference sites — each one built to answer a single practical question properly, with the working shown and every figure traced to its source.

How the information is put together

Every page states where its numbers come from and when they were last checked. Nothing on the site is paid placement. Where a page has a calculator, it runs entirely in your browser.
